Do you even lift, Princess?

The Lift Like a Princess project is my attempt to rewrite the narrative of the princess archetype. The pink princess industrial complex has seeped into every aspect of modern girlhood, and there's no fighting the monolith. By working within the construct I can carve a space within it for a princess to build strength, backbone and confidence - giving my daughters and girls everywhere a role model that can be as fierce and fearless as she is fond of her fuzzy animal sidekicks.
